STUDIOS AT GROW
Grow Studios is an ecosystem of over 30 creative practitioners, small businesses, emerging & established artists; photography; music studios and events spaces within two canal side warehouses located in Main Yard in Hackney Wick. Because of the range of sizes of units, studio holders can adapt to their needs which has, in turn, led to a healthy ecosystem of makers. From ceramicists, painters, sculptors, conceptual, audio and visual artists, to musicians, designers, photographers, carpenters, set designers to clothes and mask makers and many more. CONSCIOUS FORMS
Conscious Forms was established in 2004 by Concrete Artisan Junior Phipps. Junior is a master craftsmen who collaborates with private clients; architects and designers to create bespoke cast in-situ, seamless polished concrete furniture and surfaces for statements within the home, work or public space.
THAT GREEN LIFE
That Green Life is a health food producer focused on growing and supplying flavoursome, nutrient-dense fermented food & drinks laden with gut-friendly bacteria. Make sure you try their Gut-Friendly Ginger Beer which is stocked at Grow, Hackney & their Vegan Kimchi!
INSCAPE STUDIOS
The Inscape is an independently run music studio
situated in Grow Studios, the studio is a unique space made up of two separate workspaces. They currently offer music production, podcasting, composition,
songwriting and a space for artists to meet and
socialise.
FELICITY JONES
Felicity Jones is an sculptor and blacksmith based in Grow’s Yard. She creates organic, flowing forms that intersect with an element of danger, taking inspiration from insects, plants, symmetry in nature and man-made artefacts such as vehicle parts and machinery.
GROW’S COWORKING SPACE
We’ve converted one of our largest units into a creative coworking space which painters, graphic designers, activists and more use as their base.
